We are looking for a Manager – Pre-Sales & Marketing to lead our lead-generation and marketing team. The role involves managing inbound & outbound marketing, B2B lead generation, pre-sales activities, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 members.

Drive inbound & outbound lead-generation activities.

Develop strategies to generate and qualify quality leads.

Manage email, LinkedIn, calling and other outreach campaigns.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

Track team performance, leads, conversions and pipeline.

Prepare regular performance reports and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Marketing / Inside Sales.

Team-handling experience preferred.

Solid communication and presentation skills.

Good understanding of inbound & outbound marketing.

Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.

Target-oriented with strong analytical and people-management skills.
