Manager Operations
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring effective warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities while meeting customer service levels, operational KPIs, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery as per SLAs.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
- Implement SOPs and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and develop operations teams to improve performance.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
- Support cost optimization and resource planning initiatives.
- Travelling is required
