We are looking for an experienced Manager – Operations to oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations in Miryalaguda. The role involves managing operational workflows, coordinating with departments, supporting patient services, and ensuring smooth and productive hospital operations.
Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital operations.
- Knowledge of hospital workflows and operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and workflows.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, billing, and support departments.
- Monitor operational processes to ensure efficient patient services.
- Supervise and coordinate operational staff.
- Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
- Monitor departmental performance and service standards.
- Maintain appropriate operational records and reports.
- Support implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with hospital management on operational requirements and improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
