WE ARE HIRING : MANAGER ON DUTY – NIGHT SHIFT Non-Clinical Hospital Operations

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and experienced professional to manage the hospital’s non-clinical operations during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise overall non-clinical hospital operations during the night
2. Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Front Office, Billing & other support departments
3. Handle patient/attendant concerns and operational issues
4. Ensure smooth coordination between departments
5. Monitor hospital facilities, cleanliness, security and general discipline
6. Escalate critical operational matters to the concerned HOD/Management
7. Ensure proper handover of pending issues to the morning team
8. Maintain daily night-shift reports and operational records
9.



Handle emergencies related to non-clinical operations and ensure timely coordination

Eligibility

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management preferred
- Hospital experience in administration/operations preferred
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work Night Shift

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Shift: Night Duty

Salary: Negotiable – Based on Qualification & Experience
