We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee hospital operations during the Night Shift.

Position: Manager on Duty (MOD)

Shift: Night Shift

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA / Hospital Management preferred

Experience in Hospital / Healthcare Operations preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise overall hospital operations during the night shift
- Coordinate with ER, Nursing, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments
- Address and resolve patient and attendant concerns
- Ensure smooth functioning of all critical hospital services
- Coordinate with doctors and consultants during emergencies
- Monitor patient safety, service quality and operational issues
- Handle and escalate emergency situations appropriately




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and SOPs
- Maintain proper shift handover and prepare the Night Duty Report
- Escalate critical operational issues to senior management
- Ensure proper coordination between departments for uninterrupted patient car

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
