Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Provide quality system support & mentoring in the department to ensure the process and outgoing product quality meets the specified requirements.

2. Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation & Communicate planned actions to PVT & Service.

3. Ensure that customer focus is maintained at different buyoffs and is regularly calibrated and aligned to audit results.

4. Support for analysis of quality concerns & ensure quality tools / techniques are used as per MQS guidelines.

5. Facilitate all the manufacturing and other areas in using quality tools and techniques & ensuring defect free product

6. Ensure proper MIS for management reporting, timely & periodical updation & release

7. Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns, and executing corrective measures along with CFT

8.



Change Management- FTR Approval (Fitment Verification jointly with CFT), APQP activities & documentation

9. On time closure of Current project quality gateway deliverables for new models & ensuring First time right product

10. Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard
