Hiring: Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation

Location: Delhi

Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines

Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English

About the Role The role will be responsible for developing and strengthening M&E; frameworks, KPIs, digital MIS platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making and effective programme management. The candidate will work closely with CSR teams, implementation partners, and leadership to track programme performance, measure impact, ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Designing of strategic CSR programs and manage Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks across CSR projects.
- Develop and track project KPIs, outcome indicators, and impact metrics.
- Lead the implementation and management of software-based monitoring and MIS platforms.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for management and leadership.
- Monitor project progress, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Manage baseline studies, evaluations, impact assessments, and third-party reviews.
- Ensure data quality, validation, documentation, and reporting compliance.
- Prepare impact reports, presentations, case studies, and CSR performance updates.
- Build the capacity of project teams and partners on M&E; systems and reporting protocols.
- Conduct periodic field visits to validate outcomes and strengthen programme monitoring.
- Financial monitoring, payments etc.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- 7-10 years of experience in CSR, Monitoring & Evaluation,



programme management, or the development sector.
- Proven experience managing M&E; systems for large-scale CSR or social development programmes.
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations, consulting firms, research agencies, and government stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of impact assessment, Theory of Change, Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and results-based management.
- Experience managing digital MIS platforms, monitoring software, and data-driven reporting systems.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with MIS platforms, digital data collection tools, and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data for strategic decision-making.
