Position: Manager - IT

:

The Manager IT will support the VPIT in driving cloud strategy, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, and IT service management. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, resilient, and cost-effective IT operations aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.

This position combines strategic oversight with operational execution and team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Management

- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Ensure high system availability (99.9%+ uptime) across production and DR environments.
- Oversee infrastructure setup across Dev, UAT, Production, and DR.
- Implement performance monitoring, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Ensure backup management and disaster recovery readiness.

2. Information Security & Regulatory Compliance

- Implement cybersecurity controls aligned with RBI/SEBI/ISO 27001/SOC2 guidelines.
- Oversee IAM, network security,



encryption (data at rest and in transit), and DLP.
- Coordinate VAPT, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory assessments.
- Maintain security policies, risk registers, and compliance documentation.

3. IT Operations & Governance

- Drive ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Define and enforce IT SOPs, SLAs, and operational controls.
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely issue resolution (MTTR).
- Support automation and DevSecOps practices.

4. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

- Implement and periodically test BCP and DR plans.
- Ensure defined RPO/RTO objectives are achieved.
- Conduct DR drills and document outcomes.

5. Team & Vendor Management

- Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, and support teams.
- Coordinate with development, QA, security, and business teams.
- Manage cloud vendors, OEMs, and third-party partners.
- Track IT budgets and optimize cloud expenditure.

6. Strategic Support to VPIT

- Assist in IT strategy execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide MIS reports, dashboards, and risk updates to leadership.
- Contribute to technology roadmap planning and infrastructure scalability strategy.

Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
