Key Responsibilities (HR) - Team Lead

 Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.  Handle recruitment, interviews, on boarding and manpower planning.  Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.  Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.  Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.  Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs and employee development.  Plan and coordinate training and employee engagement activities.  Ensure applicable labour law and statutory compliance.  Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition and recruitment reports.  Manage HR team and coordinate with all departments.  Handle resignation, exit formalities and Full & Final coordination.  Support management in HR strategy and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities (Training)

1.Design & Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct engaging training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.





- Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through assessments and feedback.
- Develop Training Materials: Prepare training manuals, guides, and presentations tailored to the audience.
- Conduct Workshops & Sessions: Lead interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, and presentations to ensure effective learning.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback and assess the impact of training on employee performance.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
