- Talent acquisition; performance management; talent and succession management;

compensation understanding; learning and capability development.

- Contract labour governance; disciplinary proceedings; administration; facility and vendor management.

- HR analytics, dashboards, budget and cost control, change management and HR digitisation.

- Business orientation, execution discipline, employee connect, negotiation capability and sound judgement.

- Courage with fairness, stakeholder management, analytical orientation, communication, integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

- Demonstrable experience in manpower planning, recruitment, PMS, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, labour law, disciplinary matters, contract labour, administration and facilities management.

- Significant experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, auto-component, heavy engineering or comparable industrial organisations.
