Job Summary

We have an urgent openings for the position of Manager in Group Business in one of the leading Life Insurance Companies.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and close current business opportunities with corporates, SMEs, financial institutions, and distribution partners.

- Achieve assigned sales targets for Group Term Life, Credit Life, and other group products.

- Develop strong relationships with brokers, corporate agents, banks, NBFCs, and employee benefit consultants.

- Conduct regular partner engagement activities, product trainings, and joint sales calls.

- Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat business.

- Understand customer needs and provide timely proposals and customized solutions.

- Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and regulatory updates impacting group insurance.

- Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and finance teams for proposal issuance and policy servicing.

- Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and reporting.
