Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the selection, implementation, and integration of financial systems (ERP, accounting, reporting tools, etc.).

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system specifications align with business requirements.

- Lead automation initiatives in financial processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and budgeting.

- Identify manual processes and assess automation opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity..

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

- Ensure the finance team is adequately trained on recent systems and automation tools.

- Leverage automation tools and integrated financial systems to streamline financial reporting.

- Ensure financial systems are compliant with Indian regulatory requirements.
