- We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance &
- Accounts to lead day-to-day Finance &
- Accounts operations, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, support financial planning, and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall Finance &
- Accounts operations and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions.
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations and financial records.
- Manage GST, TDS and other taxation-related activities and compliances.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions and working capital requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements.
- Establish, monitor and improve financial controls and accounting processes.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Guide, supervise and mentor the Finance &
- Accounts team.
- Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and financial documentation.

- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Finance &
- Accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.
- Experience in managing and supervising a Finance &
- Accounts team.
- Candidates with CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and decision-making skills.
