Manager – Digital Infrastructure & Enterprise IT

Role Summary

Lead the Digital Infrastructure & Enterprise IT function for a growing medical device organization. Build, secure, and operate a up-to-date, cloud-first digital environment supporting corporate operations, engineering teams, and manufacturing. Establish enterprise IT standards, strengthen cybersecurity, manage digital workplace technologies, oversee infrastructure projects, and partner with external service providers to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant digital services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead the Digital Infrastructure & Enterprise IT function.
- Define IT standards, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
- Manage enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, internet connectivity, and endpoint infrastructure.
- Oversee Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device lifecycle and centralized endpoint management.
- Implement identity, access management, security policies, and business continuity practices.
- Manage IT vendors, procurement, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Support IT infrastructure and connectivity across corporate and manufacturing environments, including production workstations and related IT systems.
- Maintain IT documentation and support ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness.
- Drive cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Digital Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
- 2+ years in a technical lead or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Windows administration, endpoint management, and IT security fundamentals.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.
- Experience managing IT vendors, infrastructure projects, and enterprise support operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, or equivalent identity and endpoint management platforms.
- Experience with cloud-first IT environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or similar quality management systems.

Additional Advantage

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of cloud identity, access management, and security governance.
- Familiarity with Linux administration and cybersecurity best practices.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
