Position: Purchase Manager

Experience: 4–10 Years

Industry Preference: CRO / Pharmaceutical / Chemical

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities and support our growing R&D; operations.

Key Requirements

- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnology company is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Purchase Department operations.
- Experience in sourcing and procurement of chemicals, raw materials, laboratory consumables and other materials.
- Good knowledge of Import & Export processes, documentation, customs clearance, logistics, and shipment coordination.
- Experience in vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management.
- Ability to obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Good understanding of purchase orders, invoices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and inventory requirements.




- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement activities simultaneously.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage day-to-day procurement activities.
- Identify and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, payment, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate domestic and international purchases.
- Handle Import & Export documentation and logistics coordination.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability.
- Maintain supplier records and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill material requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, and documentation.
