Eden is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to manage it’s Head office and plant/manufacturing sites from cyber threats. The role covers both IT (Plant & corporate network, ERP, email, cloud) and OT (Operational Technology-SCADA/ICS, PLCs, plant control systems) environments, and is responsible for building a resilient security posture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading incident response across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Security Strategy & Governance

- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies covering corporate IT and plant OT/ICS environments
- Define and own Eden's cybersecurity roadmap, aligned with business growth and plant expansion plans
- Prepare cybersecurity reports and risk dashboards for senior management and leadership review

IT & OT Security Operations

- Manage network segmentation between corporate & plant IT and plant OT networks (firewalls, DMZs, air-gapping where required)
- Monitor for threats using SIEM/SOC tools; lead incident response, containment, and forensic investigation for breaches
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across office and plant networks
- Oversee identity & access management (IAM), privileged access controls, and multi-factor authentication rollout
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors on SCADA/PLC patch management and secure configuration of plant control systems

Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 (industrial automation security), ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and CERT-In guidelines
- Liaise with CERT-In and sector-specific regulatory bodies on mandatory incident reporting
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) planning for plant and office operations





Security Monitoring & Incident Response

- Monitor security alerts and coordinate investigation of cybersecurity incidents.
- Develop and maintain Incident Response and Business Continuity procedures.
- Coordinate response to malware, phishing, ransomware, unauthorized access and data leakage incidents.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with SOC/MSSP and external cybersecurity vendors.
- Conduct periodic incident-response drills/tabletop exercises.

- People & Awareness

- Conduct employee cybersecurity awareness training and phishing-simulation programs across office and plant staff
- Build and manage relationships with external security auditors, consultants, and managed security service providers

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or Electronics & Communication or related field
- Certifications (one or more preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, GICSP (ICS/SCADA security), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- 5-8 years of total cybersecurity experience, including at least 3-4 years securing industrial/plant (OT) environments
- Prior experience in oil & gas, power, wind, solar, hybrid energy, or manufacturing industries strongly preferred

- Firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, VPN
- SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK) and SOC operations
- ICS/SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC) and associated security risks
- Cloud security (AWS/Azure) for hybrid IT infrastructure
- Regulatory knowledge: IT Act 2000, CERT-In directions, CEA Cyber Security in Power Sector Regulations& Guidelines
