Position: Manager Corporate Planning

Reporting to - Head Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities

*Support the annual budgeting (AOP), forecasting and long-term planning process in line with the organisation’s business objectives.

*Prepare monthly management reports, budget vs. actual analysis and variance reports, highlighting key business drivers and areas requiring attention.

*Track business performance against budgets, forecasts and key financial/operational metrics across functions or business units.

*Support analysis of capital expenditure and investments against approved budgets and plans, in coordination with functional teams.

*Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and business planning, including revenue, cost and profitability projections.

*Work closely with business and functional teams to understand performance drivers,



identify cost optimisation opportunities and support business decision-making.

*Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly forecasts and rolling business plans based on business performance and changing assumptions.

*Support preparation of business cases and financial analysis for new initiatives, investments and growth opportunities.

*Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, Power BI or other relevant tools to provide timely business insights.

*Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial and management information and support continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

*CA / CMA / MBA Finance from a reputed institute, with 4–8 years of experience in Corporate Planning, FP&A;, Business Finance or Management Reporting.

*Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and management reporting.

*Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP / financial planning systems would be an advantage.

*Good understanding of P&L;, revenue, costs, profitability and key business performance metrics.

*Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into meaningful business insights.

*Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
