We are currently hiring for the position of HCC Medical Coding Manager based in Chennai.

Position: HCC Medical Coding Manager

Location: NCR

Experience: 13+ Years

Certification: Certified Medical Coders preferred/required

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze medical records for accurate HCC coding.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes in accordance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to maintain coding quality and productivity.
- Support process improvement initiatives and mentor coding teams as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve coding-related queries and ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:




- 13+ years of experience in Medical Coding with strong exposure to HCC Coding.
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CMS-HCC guidelines, and risk adjustment coding.
- Relevant Medical Coding certification (CPC, CCS, CRC, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and team management skills.
