Job Overview

We are looking for a Copy Lead / Manager with strong advertising or creative agency experience who can lead copy across multiple brands. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, campaign ideation, hands-on copywriting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative copy for social media, digital platforms, campaigns, websites, and brand communication.
- Manage content and communication for multiple brands while maintaining distinct brand voices.
- Build brand-wise communication strategies, content plans, and content pillars.
- Ideate and develop campaign concepts, creative directions, and communication ideas.
- Research target audiences, market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
- Edit, proofread, and review content to ensure quality, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain brand tone, voice, messaging, and creative standards.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, videographers, social media, and account teams to execute campaigns.
- Lead copy projects from brief to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.




- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level copywriters and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming, campaign strategy, and overall creative direction.

Must Have

- 5–7 years of professional copywriting experience in an advertising, creative, or digital marketing agency — mandatory.
- Strong experience in campaign ideation, brand communication, social media, and content strategy.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and communication strategies for multiple brands.
- Excellent command of English, grammar, storytelling, and copywriting.
- Solid understanding of digital content, social media trends, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders independently.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.
- Portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand communication, and creative copy is required.
