About the Role

We are growing our branded real estate portfolio in partnership with leading international hospitality and lifestyle brands . We want a strategic, deal-focused professional to help lead these partnerships, from term sheet to launch . The role works closely with senior leadership, global brand partners, and internal teams across business, design, legal, finance, sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Structuring & Documentation

- Prepare and review term sheets with international brand and operating partners
- Review and coordinate legal documentation (brand licensing, management, and technical services agreements) with internal legal and external counsel
- Track commercial terms, obligations and approvals through to signing

2. Market Research & Benchmarking

- Carry out market research and benchmarking on branded residences : pricing premiums, brand fees, operating models, and global and Indian comparables
- Turn findings into clear recommendations on positioning, product mix and partner selection

3. Presentations & Brand Materials

- Prepare marketing decks, board and investor presentations, and brand-related materials




- Make sure all communication meets partner brand standards and the company's luxury positioning

4. Partner & Stakeholder Management

- Take part in calls and meetings with international brand and operating partners , and act as a key point of contact
- Manage internal stakeholders across business, design, legal, finance, sales and marketing
- Join design reviews and coordinate with architects, consultants and brand technical teams

5. Execution & Programme Management

- Support end-to-end execution of branded real estate projects, from partner onboarding through design, approvals, launch and sales
- Track timelines and deliverables, and flag risks early

What We're Looking For

- MBA from a Top 25 business school
- 3+ years in real estate consulting or hospitality consulting.
- Hands-on experience with hotel or branded residence advisory, feasibility studies, operator selection, or management and licensing agreements
- Robust commercial and analytical skills , including financial modelling and benchmarking
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Confident with senior leaders and international partners ; strong written and spoken English
- Able to manage several stakeholders and workstreams at once, with a strong sense of ownership
