We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with prior experience in the floral/flower industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, sales, order coordination, and deliveries while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Manage flower orders, quotations, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Coordinate with the operations/delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and current clients.
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Have good knowledge of flowers, varieties, seasonal availability, quality, and basic flower care.




- Coordinate with florists and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve order-related issues professionally.
- Maintain sales records and regularly follow up on leads and enquiries.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in the floral/flower industry, preferably in sales, business development, or order management. Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
