Your Tasks

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, promoting, and selling IT,Cybersecurity and Business Excellence related examination and personnel certification products. The role also involves onboarding new business partners and creating customized, industry-specific qualification programs.
- Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned geographical region to promote certification and examination solutions
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and target customer groups
- Acquire new business partners to design and deliver customized, industry-aligned qualification / New product Development programs
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify recent leads, emerging opportunities, and potential sectors for expansion
- GTM Strategy, Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and successfully close business deals
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, forecasts, and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market conditions to identify strategic opportunities

Technical / Business-unit Specific Skills And Knowledge

- Strong drive and hunger to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Young, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales,



with a keen interest in meeting and building relationships with new customers
- Highly committed and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
- Working knowledge or training related to ISO standards, IT certifications, or professional certification schemes will be an advantage
- Flexibility to undertake any task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Your Qualifications

- Any graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with knowledge of IT programs
- Strong network and relationships within IT training companies, EdTech organizations, corporate training and B2B enterprise clients
