Role Description The Manager Batch Fundraising will lead and execute fundraising initiatives targeted at specific alumni batches and cohorts. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves planning and implementing batch-level campaigns, including outreach, events, and digital engagement activities. The role includes identifying potential donors, building and maintaining relationships with alumni, coordinating with internal teams and volunteers, and tracking campaign performance against defined goals.

The Manager will prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate records in fundraising databases or CRM tools,



and generate periodic reports and insights for leadership. The position also involves collaborating on communication materials, ensuring consistent messaging, and supporting broader resource mobilization efforts across IITK DF.

Qualifications

- Fundraising, donor relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills relevant to alumni and institutional development.
- Campaign planning, project management, and event coordination abilities to execute batch-focused initiatives effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including persuasive writing, public speaking, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
- Data management, CRM usage, and basic analytical skills to monitor fundraising performance and generate insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, volunteers, and external partners while maintaining professionalism.
- Prior experience in fundraising, development, alumni relations, or non-profit management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, marketing, social sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Demonstrated initiative, ethical conduct, and a robust motivation to support education and institutional growth.
