AB InBev India is looking to hire Manager - Aux & Co products for its Procurement team based out of Bengaluru.

The role holder will lead procurement and category management activities for brewing auxiliaries, process aids, chemicals, industrial gases, utilities, filtration materials, cleaning chemicals, and co-products across the India Business Unit. The incumbent will drive sourcing excellence, supplier performance, sustainability initiatives, quality assurance, and supply continuity while supporting operational efficiency and brewery performance.

Key Job Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for auxiliaries, process aids, chemicals, industrial gases, and co-product categories.
- Lead annual sourcing exercises, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Drive productivity, savings, and value creation initiatives across assigned categories.
- Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking exercises to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Drive supplier consolidation and category standardization programs.
- Prepare monthly reports and provide visibility to the supply chain team

Supplier Management & Operations

- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier quality, delivery, service, and commercial performance.
- Establish supplier governance mechanisms and performance scorecards.
- Support continuity of supply for critical manufacturing inputs.




- Ensure supplier compliance with company quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Co-ordinate with relevant team to execute daily procurement related activities
- Work closely with planning and brewery team to ensure sufficient stocks are available for seamless production
- Identify and lead projects on competitive benchmarking, Value Engineering and other initiatives to bring in cost reduction
- Work closely with Brands ZITEC team on NPD projects
- Prepare annual budget, tracker monthly LE, impact on budget and mitigation plan on it

Sustainability & Co-Product Management

- Drive sustainable sourcing initiatives and circular economy opportunities.
- Work with manufacturing teams to identify value recovery opportunities from co-products.
- Support responsible sourcing and environmental sustainability commitments.
- Identify cutting-edge solutions to optimize utilization of co-products and production by-products.

Risk Management & Governance

- Manage risks related to raw material availability, quality, and pricing.
- Develop business continuity plans for critical categories.
- Ensure adherence to procurement governance, contracting processes, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in direct material procurement
- Experience managing manufacturing-related categories and supplier negotiations.

Preferred Skills / Knowledge

- Strong understanding of manufacturing inputs and supply chain operations.
- Category strategy and supplier relationship management expertise.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Sustainability and circular economy knowledge.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- SAP, Power BI, and procurement systems knowledge.
