A renowned Company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication and manufacturing of Duct for the last two decades, catering to HVAC industry, having Plants PAN India, is looking for an Accounts professional having in-depth experience in Accounts, Audit and Credit Control.

Job Responsibilities·

- Oversee incoming finance of the Company and make sure that payments are received promptly and efficiently in a time bound manner.
- Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Reconciliation of all accounts for quick resolution of account related queries.
- Regular monitoring of debtor balances to ensure prompt debt recovery reduction in debtors
- Coordination and regular follow-up with clients for timely receipt of payments against invoices.
- Liaison with bankers & financial institutions for funding requirements, LC, BG & other compliances·
- Verification & Audit of various Invoices of Vendors, Suppliers, Clients as well as expenses of employees.
- Handling various Commercial Activities across Plant/Office
- Liaison with various stake holders




- Independent noting, drafting and correspondence
- Documentation & MIS Reporting

Qualification

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance, etc.

Experience

- Having 8-12 year experience of working in Accounts in a Manufacturing Company.
- Proficient in working on Tally ERP 9 and other Accounting Software
- Well-versed with all Accounting Principles, Procedures, Banking, Audit, Taxation and Compliances
- Operational knowledge of MS World, Excel, Internet and Email.

- Presentable with robust communication skills
- Good Analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues.
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
