Noida

Manager Administration & Technical Facilities will be responsible for end-to-end administration, facility engineering, technical utilities, workplace infrastructure and site operations for the Noida facility.

The position will oversee both technical facility services and workplace administration, including HVAC, chiller plant, electrical systems, DG, UPS, firefighting systems, BMS, utilities, AMC management and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Facilities & Utilities Management

- Lead day-to-day operation and maintenance of all technical building services and utilities.
- Manage HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, air-conditioning systems and ventilation.
- Oversee DG sets, transformers, HT/LT electrical systems, electrical panels, UPS and power distribution systems.
- Manage firefighting, fire alarm, hydrant, sprinkler and fire pump systems.
- Manage BMS, CCTV, access control and other facility automation systems.
- Oversee utility systems such as air compressors, pumps, RO/water-treatment systems, boilers and associated equipment, wherever applicable.
- Ensure continuous availability, reliability and efficient functioning of critical utilities.
- Troubleshoot technical breakdowns and coordinate timely corrective action to minimize downtime.

B. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment and facility systems.
- Monitor equipment health, breakdowns, maintenance history and recurring issues.
- Ensure timely corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with OEMs, contractors and technical service providers for specialized repairs.
- Maintain equipment records, maintenance logs, checklists and technical documentation.

C. AMC, Vendor & Contractor Management

- Manage AMC contracts for HVAC, chillers, DG, electrical systems, firefighting, elevators, BMS and other critical facility equipment.
- Ensure vendor performance against agreed SLA/KPI requirements.
- Conduct technical evaluations and performance reviews of vendors.
- Validate technical scope, service quality, invoices and maintenance deliverables.
- Drive cost optimization without compromising safety, reliability or employee comfort.

D. Electrical & Power Infrastructure

- Monitor power generation and distribution systems.
- Manage DG sets, transformers, UPS, electrical panels and backup power systems.
- Ensure protected and reliable electrical operations and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate statutory electrical inspections, testing and certifications.




- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction

E. HVAC & Chiller Plant Management

- Manage operation and maintenance of HVAC and centralized chiller systems.
- Monitor temperature, performance, energy consumption and equipment efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, breakdown management and AMC compliance.
- Drive initiatives for energy optimization and improved HVAC performance.

F. Fire Safety, EHS & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable fire, electrical, building and safety regulations.
- Manage firefighting systems, fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers and emergency response systems.
- Coordinate fire drills, emergency preparedness and safety audits.
- Maintain statutory documents, inspection reports, certificates and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to EHS policies and safe working practices.

G. Administration & Workplace Services

- Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, front-office and general administration.
- Manage workplace infrastructure, space planning, seating allocation and facility requirements.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, ambience and employee convenience.
- Coordinate visitor management, events and workplace support services.

H. Employee Experience & Workplace Improvement

- Drive initiatives to improve workplace comfort, safety and employee experience.
- Support workplace modernization, facility upgrades and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Introduce smart workplace solutions, helpdesk/ticketing systems and service-level monitoring.
- Partner with HR to improve onboarding and employee workplace experience.
- Drive sustainability initiatives including energy conservation, waste reduction and water efficiency.

I. Projects, Capex & Infrastructure Upgrades

- Lead technical facility projects, renovation, expansion and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning and handover of new equipment and utility systems.
- Review technical specifications, contractor proposals and project timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget and as per required standards.

J. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare annual budgets for facility, maintenance and administration activities.




- Monitor utility consumption and operating expenses.
- Track AMC, maintenance and vendor costs.
- Identify opportunities for energy saving, process improvement and cost reduction.
- Review and validate vendor invoices and monthly cost reports.

K. Business Continuity & Crisis Management

- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans for critical facility and utility operations.
- Ensure emergency preparedness for electrical failure, HVAC/chiller failure, fire, utility disruption and other critical situations.
- Coordinate emergency response, evacuation planning and crisis communication.
- Ensure backup arrangements for critical utilities and site operations.

L. Team Leadership & Governance

- Lead the technical facilities, administration and support-services team.
- Define SOPs, maintenance checklists, dashboards and governance mechanisms.
- Monitor team performance and service delivery.
- Conduct regular facility health reviews and management reporting.
- Ensure timely closure of technical and operational escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Facilities, Facility Engineering, Engineering Services, Utilities or Administration.
- Experience in a corporate campus, manufacturing plant, industrial facility, R&D; site or large commercial facility.
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, chillers, electrical systems, DG, UPS, firefighting and facility utilities.
- Strong experience in AMC, vendor, contractor, maintenance and compliance management.
- Experience managing technical teams and large-scale facility operations.
