Role & responsibilities

- Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of annual financial statements, including standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Manage direct taxation, tax audits, and statutory compliances.
- Handle Transfer Pricing compliances and coordinate with statutory auditors.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and financial statements.
- Prepare necessary details and documentation for Income Tax assessments.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Finance/Tax team on taxation and other finance-related matters.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and financial reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple branches and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with experience in Finalization, Taxation, Audit, MIS and Statutory Compliance will be preferred.
