Reporting To: Assistant General Manager – Accounts/Finance

Team: 2 Senior Executives – Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and review day-to-day accounting activities and monthly closing.
- Supervise and guide 2 Senior Executives – Accounts.
- Manage, review and audit day-to-day accounting activities, GL, TB
- Support in Monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly books closing.
- Review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely DIRECT / INDIRECT taxes and statutory compliances mainly GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Handle/review import accounting, inventory accounting, landed cost and foreign currency transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow and other financial reports.
- Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and MSME payments.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and banks.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis and variance reporting.




- Coordinate and support AGM – Accounts and senior management on financial matters.
- Support financial reporting requirements to Japan HQ / Group Finance.

Candidate Profile: Qualification: M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

- 12–15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in trading, distribution, import-export or engineering companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and audits.
- Good understanding of inventory, import and foreign currency accounting.
- Experience in managing or supervising an Accounts team.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
