Role Description The Manager – Account & Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records. The manager prepares financial statements, monitors cash flow, supports budgeting and forecasting, and ensures timely statutory and regulatory compliance relevant to NBFC operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders to support audits, filings, and financial reporting. The role also involves implementing internal controls, optimizing financial processes, supporting management with financial analysis, and leading or mentoring team members in the accounts and finance function.

Role Description





This is a full-time in office role for a Manager - Accounts & Finance at Real Touch Finance Ltd in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

· Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Budgeting skills

· Experience in financial analysis and forecasting

· Knowledge of tax laws and regulations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience in the finance industry / NBFC industry is a required

· B.Com / MBA Finance / CMA

Responsibilities & Job Role

· Preparation of Financials as per the IND-AS Method

· Working of Amortization / ECL in IND -AS Method

· Preparation Projections / CMA Financials

· Preparation and filling of DNBS Returns with the RBI -CIMS (DNBS 04 A , DNBS 04 B , DNBS -13 , DNBS 02) Submitting all covenants/ compliance on a monthly/ quarterly basis to our lenders

· Responsible for day-to-day Finance and Accounts functions.

· Responsible for Monthly Financial Reporting and MIS.

· Responsible for Banking and Treasury related activities including Fund Raising.

· Responsible for statutory compliances and filings such as TDS, GST, RBI etc.

· Track regulatory changes and ensure full compliance while coordinating with auditors, consultants, bankers, and regulators.

· Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
