Management Trainee – SaaS Company: Vritti Solutions Ltd Location: Malad West Opp to Malad west Metro station Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Vritti Solutions is looking for freshers who are interested in Sales, Technology and SaaS to join our team as Management Trainees – SaaS. You will be working on our platform Simplyfy Practice, our SaaS solution for Chartered Accountants, and will be trained on the complete inside-sales process.
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential CA customers and firms.
- Introduce Simplyfy Practice and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Explain product features and how the software can help customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain lead and customer details in the CRM.
- Work towards daily/weekly calling,

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
