About the Role

We are looking for high-potential Management Trainees to join our HR team and build a career in strategic Human Resources. The selected candidates will undergo structured exposure across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition functions. Based on individual strengths, performance, and business requirements, candidates may be aligned to Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition roles.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development & Talent Management

- Support and drive learning initiatives including functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
- Coordinate the learning ecosystem, e-learning platforms, and compliance training programs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend development interventions.
- Assist in organizational development initiatives including employee surveys, career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Analyze learning effectiveness and training ROI through reports and feedback mechanisms.

Talent Acquisition





- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source and attract talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide periodic hiring updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR from Premier Institutes.
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships, projects, or extracurricular initiatives.
- High learning agility and stakeholder management capability.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
