Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, analytical, adaptable, and tech-savvy Management Trainee with a broad, flexible profile who can independently handle multiple business functions including Research &

- Analytics, Accounts, Finance, Taxation, HR, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research.

- Analyse financial and business data and prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations.

- Support Accounts, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, GST/TDS, and financial analysis.

- Assist with HR operations, employee records, attendance, and salary/payroll activities.

- Coordinate with consultants, employees, vendors, and internal teams as required.

- Use MS Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and other digital technologies for reporting and process improvement.

- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

- Handle ad-hoc management assignments and take ownership of multiple responsibilities independently.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting,



Financial Statements &
- Corporate Finance – Mandatory

- Basic understanding of Taxation, HR &

- Payroll

- Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint &

- Word

.

- Ability to multitask, work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership.

- Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, or ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
