- Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
- Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
- Sharing client's company job profile with the candidate, while conducting the interview in detail.




- Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for a face-to-face interview round with company managers.
- Sharing the profile with client company through mails and verbal communication.
- Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from the client company side.
- Taking feedback from client company after the interview is done.
- Coordinating with the client company HR team in offer generation and documentation.
- Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side.
- Daily reporting and submission of daily MIS to seniors.
