Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition .

Role responsibilities

- Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.

- Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.

- Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.

- Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.

- Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.

- Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.

- Taking feedback from client company after the interview.

- Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.

- Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.

- Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Must be a Graduate

- Positive Communication Skills (Verbal and written)

- Go Getter Attitude.
