About the Role

Prochant is looking for energetic and motivated MBA graduates to join our Healthcare Operations team as Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to US healthcare processes, business operations, client interactions, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day healthcare operations and business processes.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports and presentations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency.

Participate in projects focused on process improvement and client satisfaction.

Assist in stakeholder communication and issue resolution.

Learn and contribute to healthcare revenue cycle management processes.

Eligibility

MBA Graduates (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)

01 year of experience

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills





Leadership mindset with excellent teamwork abilities

Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven

Preferred Skills

MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Client management and stakeholder coordination

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Ramapuram, Chennai

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Industry: US Healthcare / Medical Billing

Compensation

CTC: 32,000 per month+ Benefits
