We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People/HR team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with good communication skills, strong ownership, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across different functions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support the HR team in preparing offers and coordinating the joining process.
HR Operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is updated accurately.
- Support HRMS-related activities and employee data management.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR operations.
- Support exit formalities and employee documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Support internal communication and employee experience initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and help maintain engagement trackers.
HR Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Assist with data collection and analysis related to recruitment and employee activities.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and different internal stakeholders for HR-related requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or exposure to recruitment/HR is a plus, but not mandatory.
