Role Description The Management Information System Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and data records to support business operations and management decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting data from various departments, validating and consolidating information, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing trends, identifying variances, and providing insights that improve processes and performance.

This position requires close coordination with internal teams to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to design, maintain, and optimize reporting structures.




- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data validation, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
- Experience in a service or industrial environment and familiarity with standard business operations is beneficial.
