Job Title: MSP Associate (NAM)

Qualification: B.Com, BBA, Management, Finance, or related field. MBA will be an added advantage.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in MSP operations, finance, billing, invoicing, staffing, payroll support, or contingent workforce management.

Must Have Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with North American business hours.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities.
- Process and validate invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate billing and financial records.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational, finance, compliance, and management reports.
- Handle client and supplier queries and ensure timely resolution.




- Manage new supplier onboarding and conduct supplier kickoff calls.
- Conduct monthly supplier engagement sessions.
- Support invoice processing and MI reconciliation activities.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with VMS/MSP platforms and invoicing systems.
- Knowledge of payroll, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and supplier management.
- Experience in staffing or contingent workforce management.

Shift: Night Shift aligned with North American business hours
