Job Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees and workers.
- Handle workplace injuries, accidents and medical emergencies.
- Maintain the first-aid/medical room, medicines and medical equipment.
- Maintain records of injuries, treatment, medical cases and hospital referrals.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals and ambulance services when required.
- Assist in employee health check-ups, medical camps and wellness programs.
- Support the HR & Safety team in occupational health and safety activities.
- Conduct basic health awareness and first-aid sessions for employees.




- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and readiness of the medical facility.

Qualification & Experience

- GNM from a recognized institute.
- Valid Nursing Registration preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an Industrial/Staff Nurse.
- Experience in factory, construction or industrial environment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of First Aid and CPR.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Basic computer and medical record-keeping skills.
- Valuable coordination with HR, Safety, doctors and hospitals.
