Role Description This is a full-time, Maintenance Coordinator role based in Mumbai.

The Maintenance

Coordinator will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities for the facility, including scheduling and tracking repair and service requests, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues. The role involves maintaining records of equipment, utilities, and service contracts, monitoring preventive maintenance plans, and supporting compliance with safety, building, and operational standards.

The Maintenance

Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and minimize disruption to business operations. The role also includes regular facility inspections, reporting on maintenance status, and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid organizational and coordination skills to manage maintenance schedules, service requests, and vendor activities.




- Ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to facility equipment, services, and compliance.
- Basic technical understanding of building systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and facility maintenance processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle emergencies, and make practical decisions under time constraints.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and comfort with conducting routine inspections and compliance checks.
- Proficiency with standard office software and maintenance tracking tools or spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a similar operational role is preferred.
- Completion of a diploma or degree in engineering, facility management, or a related field is an advantage.
