Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Maintenance Technician.

The Maintenance

Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, performing repairs, documenting work performed, and coordinating with other team members to schedule maintenance activities. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, identifying potential problems before they occur, and following standardized procedures and safety protocols.

Technician will also support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate maintenance records, and communicate clearly with stakeholders using digital tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills to support diverse tools, machinery, and technical systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to plan service intervals and perform corrective actions.
- Relevant technical training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance disciplines is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working remotely, using digital communication and work-order systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to safety practices, compliance with company standards, and continuous learning in maintenance technologies.
