Working Hours: General Shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.

- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical Problems.

Maintain CNC/VMC machines, including:

Spindle and spindle motor, Servo motors and drives Ball screws, Linear guides, Linear guides, Coolant systems, Lubrication systems, Sensors and switches, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Maintain breakdown reports, PM checklists and maintenance records.

- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments for machine-related issues.

- Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of new CNC/VMC machines.

- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and company maintenance standards

Required Technical Skills:

- CNC/VMC machine troubleshooting

- Electrical and mechanical maintenance

- Ability to maintain maintenance records
