Maintenance In-Charge

Experience: 810+ years in industrial maintenance.

Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Industry Preference: CNC Manufacturing, or High-Precision Engineering. (Defence, Aerospace, Optics, Semiconductor, Precision Engineering.)

Required Competencies

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and servo controls.

Knowledge of Motion systems, guideways, bearings, ball screws, and linear drives.

Machine alignment, precision calibration, and accuracy restoration.

Hands-on leader, not only a coordinator.

Be capable of independently troubleshooting machine breakdowns without waiting for OEM support for every issue.

Ownership mindset, taking responsibility for equipment performance from fault identification through resolution.

Experience with imported CNC, optical, coating, or precision machines.

Be able to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.

Have solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Capable of leading maintenance teams while also being willing to work directly on the shop floor when required
