Role & responsibilities

Daily/weekly/periodical Monitoring by check list of stationed location & monitoring other assigned near cluster locations.

Services, AMC & breakdown management by following SOP.

Pre alert on PM, Service, AMC activity

Managing other core maintenance scope of equipment, HVAC, DG, UPS, Power Assets/equipment, Housekeeping, PEST-control activity schedules etc

Initial coordination on implementation requirement understanding, assessment, scope consolidation, BOQ detailing, vendor management...

Document management and report.
