Role & responsibilities

- Handle preventive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance.

- Maintain furnace, production machines & utility equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical & automation issues.

- Maintain motors, VFD, PLC, DCS, SCADA & drives.

- Monitor HT/LT panels, MCC/PCC, transformers & DG sets.

- Handle sensors, instruments & control systems.

- Plan preventive maintenance & equipment inspections.

- Analyze breakdowns through RCA, MTTR & MTBF.

- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams.

- Ensure machine availability, reliability & minimum downtime.

- Maintain spares, maintenance records & reports.

- Follow LOTO/LOTOTO, EHS & electrical safety.

- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen & continuous improvement.

- Support installation, commissioning & modification of equipment.

- Manage maintenance contractors and technicians.
