1. Maintenance experience of reactor (MSGL/SS/MS), Various types of pump, Mechanical seals, dryer, Vacuum pump, Gear box, Heat exchanger, Centrifuge, filter press, hydraulic system, roots blower, ANFD, Rotary dryer, ATFD, etc.
2. Knowledge of Permit system and safety.
3. Documents preparation of IMS audit, EnMS Audit, ISMS audit, RC audit.
4. Planning and execution of daily maintenance activities.
5. Effective coordination and collaboration with all internal teams like Production, Technical, Purchase, Stores to achieve common objectives.
6. Planning for recent projects with regards to manpower and procurement of materials and modifications as per need.
7. Knowledge of SAP-HANA.
8. Knowledge of piping.
