Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, filling & packaging equipment, decoration machines, utilities, and plant electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns of production and packaging machines.
- Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, MCB/MCCB, sensors, solenoid valves, timers, starters, control panels and VFDs.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) of electrical equipment and machines.
- Inspect electrical panels, wiring, terminals, motors and control components.
- Support machine installation, modification, shifting and commissioning activities.
- Maintain electrical control panels, wiring and cable connections.




- Check motor current, heating and operating conditions.
- Support Production during machine startup, changeover and breakdowns.
- Maintain PM checklists and maintenance records.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are carried out safely.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machines, control panels, motors, sensors and VFDs.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to identify and rectify electrical faults quickly.
- Good understanding of industrial electrical safety.
