- Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and support Mainframe applications
- Work on COBOL JCL CICS and DB2 development activities
- Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions
- Create modify and test Mainframe programs
- Support batch job execution and monitoring
- Troubleshoot application and production issues
- Perform code fixes enhancements and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Participate in testing deployment and release activities
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
- Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Mainframe development
- Strong knowledge of COBOL JCL CICS and DB2
- Experience working with VSAM files
- Knowledge of TSO ISPF environment
- Understanding of SDLC processes
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities
