Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop test and maintain Mainframe applications
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Develop and enhance applications using COBOL JCL CICS and DB2
- Perform code reviews debugging and performance tuning
- Support batch job execution monitoring and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with business users testing teams and stakeholders
- Participate in application maintenance enhancements and support activities
- Prepare technical documentation and follow development standards
- Support application deployments and release activities
- Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Mainframe application development
- Strong experience in COBOL JCL CICS and DB2
- Hands on experience with VSAM and TSO ISPF
- Experience in application development maintenance and support




- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IMS DB DC
- Knowledge of MQ Series IBM MQ
- Hands on experience with Endevor Changeman and File AID
- Experience with Control M and batch scheduling tools
- Production Support and Incident Management experience
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to Mainframe modernization projects
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
