Position: Machine Operator Location: Silvassa

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Responsibilities:

- Operate plastic processing machines as per SOP and production requirements.
- Assist in machine setup, start-up, shutdown, and basic parameter adjustments.
- Monitor machine temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time, and other operating parameters.
- Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and smooth production operations.
- Inspect products for basic quality defects such as flash, short moulding, cracks, and dimensional issues.
- Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and shift reports.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine checks of machines and work areas.
- Inform the supervisor about machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or quality issues.




- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of plastic processing and manufacturing operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Valuable observation and learning ability.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety.
- Fresher candidates with a relevant ITI/Diploma qualification can also be considered.

- ITI - Fitter
